People Clara Bosch

Clara Bosch, associate, advises, represents, and defends individuals and companies in white collar criminal matters and criminal tax law.

Before joining Kayßer Rechtsanwälte, she worked as a research assistant at Klinkert Rechtsanwälte and at the department of German Criminal Law, Criminal Trial Law, European and International Criminal Law, Commercial Criminal Law and Environmental Criminal Law (Prof. Dr. Thomas Rotsch) at the Justus Liebig University Giessen.

She studied at the Justus Liebig University Giessen and at the Universitat de València, Valencia, Spain. Her doctoral thesis about internal investigations is supervised by Prof. Dr. Thomas Rotsch.

Clara Bosch is an adjunct lecturer at the faculty of law at the Justus Liebig University Giessen and teaches criminal trial law.
